Wesley Fletcher is a Johnson City resident whose work is grounded in relationships and a strong commitment to serving his community. Always eager to make new connections, he is passionate about helping others and building lifelong relationships.

Originally from Bristol, Virginia, Wesley is a proud graduate of East Tennessee State University, where he earned a BBA in Economics. He began his banking career as a Management Trainee with First Bank and Trust Company and has steadily advanced in his field. Today, he serves as Senior Vice President and Market Executive, supporting local businesses and driving growth across the Tri-Cities. In 2021, he was recognized as a Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree.

Wesley is deeply committed to his community and actively serves on several boards. He is a Commissioner for the Johnson City Housing Authority and recently served as an East Director for the Tennessee Bankers Association Young Bankers Division. He is also passionate about supporting initiatives that benefit local children and families, including efforts to promote financial literacy.

He is a proud husband and father, who loves sharing life’s moments with his wife, Kelli, and their baby girl, Elizabeth Grace. In his limited free time, Wesley enjoys playing golf, pickleball (after trading in his tennis racket), attending live concerts, spending time with family and friends, and supporting ETSU Athletics – Go Bucs!

While Wesley has no formal dance experience (aside from a few moves in his college fraternity days), he is honored to participate in this year’s Dancing with the Tri-Cities Stars. Most importantly, he is excited to support The Jeremiah School and the impactful work they do in the community.
