Trey Youngblood

Trey Youngblood and his wife Misty have called Greeneville, Tennessee home since 2013. They met at Carson-Newman College where Trey played football and Misty was a member of the cheer team. For over twenty years, Trey has been an agency manager with Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee and Misty has been a dental hygienist with Greeneville Dental Associates.

They have two children. Ty is a recent graduate of Furman University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences and played football. He is currently working at his Grace Church in Greenville, South Carolina as a worship and youth leader. Ellie Beth is a rising senior at Wofford College where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is a member of the Wofford Dance Team. Trey has no previous dance experience but has been a proud dance dad to Ellie Beth for fifteen years.

Trey enjoys many outdoor activities such as golfing, hunting, and fishing as well as spending time with his family and friends. In February of 2022, Trey miraculously survived a near-fatal tree cutting accident.  He feels led to share his story of God’s grace and provision to those around him through speaking engagements at churches and other organizations. Trey is currently writing a book highlighting the events of his accident and recovery. Trey is honored and excited to be chosen to compete at this year’s Dancing with the Tri-Cities Stars philanthropy event!
