Dr. Mike Adler

Mike Adler attended the University of Tennessee on a baseball scholarship. He received a B.A. in psychology, an M.S. in community counseling, and a Ph.D. in Counseling. Mike pitched in the 1982 SEC Championship game against the Florida Gators, while playing for the Vols. He began dancing in 1993 and appeared as a regular dancer on two of TNN’s television shows, Club Dance and Dance Line.

He is the founder of Total Behavior Solutions and has been providing residential and community based treatment for at risk youth for 40 years.

Kim Adler

Kim Adler is a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a BBA degree in Finance and Real Estate. Kim was a member of the ETSU cheerleading squad. She began dancing competitively in 2005. Kim is the owner/operator of Kidner and Company Real Estate Appraisers located in Johnson City.

Mike and Kim have won multiple UCWDC World Championships individually and as a couple.
