A mechanical engineer by degree and a realtor by profession, Monika thrives on learning and adapting. No matter the challenge, she dives in, figures it out, and makes it work. Whether she’s working with homes, tackling a new skill, or stepping onto the dance floor, she brings focus, determination, and enthusiasm to everything she does. Known for her energy and discipline, she balances business, family, and personal growth with ease, and enjoys staying active by learning new sports alongside her children, proving that growth never has an age limit.

Dance has always been a meaningful part of Monika’s life. With multiple awards in Indian folk dance, she carries rhythm and expression wherever she goes. For her, dance is more than movement. It is a source of joy, a connection to culture, and a powerful form of self expression.

A state tennis champion, Monika has a strong competitive spirit and a passion for staying active. She has also won a golf tournament at Blackthorn and is a pickleball league champion. At home, she is known as the ultimate problem solver who loves fixing things, and she enjoys long drives accompanied by spiritual talks that inspire reflection and growth.

Monika believes in learning through life experiences and embraces challenges with confidence. She began playing sports like tennis and golf alongside her children, showing that it is never too late to start something new. Her bold and adventurous spirit carries into her personal life. She married her husband after knowing him for just one month, a decision that turned into a strong and lasting partnership. She also dedicates time to her community, serving as Treasurer for the Regional Indo American Community Center and previously as a coordinator at SRM Delhi in India.

Monika is dancing to give back and support the incredible work of Jeremiah School. As someone who values education, personal growth, and community, she is passionate about helping create opportunities for every child to learn, thrive, and succeed.
