Dr. Ankush “Kush” Jain

Dr. Ankush “Kush” Jain grew up in a military family in various parts of the U.S. and overseas. His college years were spent in Baltimore, MD, before he earned his medical degree in Philadelphia through a Navy Scholarship. He then moved to Washington, DC where he met his wife, Dr. Priya Jain. Kush’s time in the military took him to Okinawa, Japan, and Camp Pendleton, California, where he served alongside the Marine Corps. After transitioning to civilian life, he lived in New York City where his daughter Sophia was born. In 2020, he settled in Johnson City, where his son Aiden was born.Outside of work, Kush loves watching documentaries, playing soccer, and is known for his dance moves whenever there’s music. He is excited and honored to be a part of Dancing with the Tri-Cities Stars this year!
